Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition and retention campaigns across digital channels. This role requires expertise in managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI through paid media strategies.

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Manage monthly marketing budgets of ₹2-3 crore with a focus on CAC optimization and LTV maximization
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop high-impact campaigns
• Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve ad creatives and landing pages
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities

• 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Clevertap, or similar tools
• Experience in app marketing and mobile-first user acquisition strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
