National Supply Chain Manager

As National Supply Chain Manager, you will lead end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple fulfillment centers, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational expertise to manage large-scale logistics networks. You will be responsible for inventory planning, demand forecasting, and vendor coordination across pan-India operations.

• Design and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines across the network
• Manage relationships with 3PL partners, transporters, and warehouse operators to ensure seamless operations
• Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery to achieve business objectives
• Drive automation and process improvements using data analytics and technology interventions
• Monitor key performance metrics including order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, and supply chain costs
• Develop contingency plans for demand surge periods including festive sales and promotional events

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors
• Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations with multi-location coordination
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems
• MBA or equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to work with diverse teams
• Experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, and SLA monitoring
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL/Tableau is a plus
