• Lead consulting engagements on corporate strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence for Fortune 500 clients
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic recommendations
• Facilitate executive workshops and steering committee meetings to align stakeholders on strategic priorities
• Develop compelling presentations and business cases for C-level audiences with actionable implementation roadmaps
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and analysts, providing guidance on problem-solving approaches and client management
• Build deep client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on engagements and value creation

• 7-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or similar roles at top-tier firms
• MBA from premier Indian (IIM A/B/C) or international business school (Harvard, Wharton, INSEAD, LBS)
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, business transformation, or industry-specific consulting
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior executives
• Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) across India and international locations
