• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment, focusing on recommendation systems, personalization, and search optimization
• Design and implement advanced machine learning models using deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical frameworks
• Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, fostering technical excellence and innovation
• Conduct A/B experiments, analyze results, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization
• Stay abreast of latest developments in AI/ML research and identify opportunities for technological innovation

• 8-12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics with proven track record of delivering business impact
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experimental design
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong business acumen
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field from premier institutions
• Prior experience in e-commerce, internet, or consumer tech companies is highly desirable
