Key Account Manager - Enterprise

This Key Account Manager role focuses on managing strategic enterprise accounts in the BFSI sector, driving adoption of Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, and business applications. The position requires consultative selling skills, deep understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, and ability to orchestrate complex sales cycles.

• Own and grow revenue targets for 8-10 strategic enterprise accounts in banking and financial services
• Develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and build executive relationships at CXO level
• Lead complex sales cycles involving cloud migration, digital transformation, and AI implementations
• Collaborate with technical teams to architect solutions addressing customer business challenges
• Forecast accurately, manage pipeline hygiene, and deliver quarterly revenue commitments
• Partner with channel partners and system integrators for solution delivery and customer success

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 8 years in enterprise B2B sales with focus on IT/cloud solutions
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar accounts in BFSI or enterprise sectors
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise IT architecture
• Strong consultative selling skills with experience in solution-based selling methodologies
• Excellent relationship management and C-level stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
