The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives for a 5,000+ employee delivery unit. This role involves driving talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives while partnering closely with senior leadership. The successful candidate will be a change agent who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Partner with business leaders to develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth and transformation goals
• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives for critical roles
• Lead organizational change management programs, restructuring initiatives, and cultural transformation projects
• Analyze employee engagement data, attrition trends, and implement retention strategies to maintain healthy talent pipeline
• Facilitate performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and career development planning for high-potential employees
• Design and deliver HR interventions on learning & development, diversity & inclusion, and employee wellness programs

• 9-14 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in HRBP or strategic HR roles in IT/technology companies
• MBA in HR from premier institution or XLRI, TISS, MDI or equivalent
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives
• Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leadership teams
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and workforce planning tools
• Strong communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
