HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. You will support a business unit of 3,000+ employees, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and change initiatives. This role requires strategic HR expertise, business acumen, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness
• Lead talent management processes including succession planning, performance management, and career development
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct pulse surveys, and implement action plans
• Manage change management programs for organizational restructuring and transformation initiatives
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention, productivity, and employee satisfaction

• 8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as an HRBP in IT/consulting organizations
• MBA in Human Resources or related field from a recognized institution
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and talent management frameworks
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing large-scale change initiatives and organizational transformations
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
