Head of Logistics - North Region

Delhivery is India's largest fully-integrated logistics services provider, handling over 2 million shipments daily across 18,500+ pin codes. The company offers a comprehensive range of services including express parcel delivery, freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions to e-commerce and enterprise customers.

We are seeking a strategic and operationally excellent Head of Logistics to lead our North Region operations covering Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan. This leadership position will oversee 100+ delivery centers, 2000+ team members, and drive operational efficiency and service quality.

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations for North Region with P&L responsibility covering revenue, costs, and profitability targets
• Manage network of 100+ delivery hubs, sorting centers, and last-mile delivery operations across 5 states
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve on-time delivery (OTD), reduce RTO%, and enhance customer satisfaction scores
• Optimize route planning, vehicle utilization, and delivery density to reduce cost per shipment and improve margins
• Build and lead high-performing teams of operations managers, hub managers, and frontline delivery associates
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation, real-time tracking, and data-driven decision making systems

• Minimum 12 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations with at least 5 years in regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery networks with 500+ delivery touchpoints and multi-million shipment volumes
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery, hub operations, line haul management, and supply chain optimization
• Expertise in operational metrics, cost management, and P&L accountability in logistics/e-commerce sector
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience building teams of 1000+ employees
• MBA from top-tier business school or B.Tech with relevant supply chain certifications
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and experience with logistics management systems and route optimization software
