As Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead user acquisition and retention strategies across digital channels to drive sustainable business growth. You will own performance marketing budgets, optimize conversion funnels, and experiment with innovative growth levers. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and creative marketing expertise.

• Design and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display, and affiliate channels
• Own user acquisition targets and optimize CAC across the funnel from awareness to conversion
• Build and manage retention marketing programs including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and user engagement metrics
• Analyze marketing performance data and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition in consumer internet or e-commerce companies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, and marketing analytics tools
• Hands-on experience managing large marketing budgets across Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms
• Deep understanding of conversion optimization, marketing automation, and retention strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• MBA from tier-1 institute or equivalent experience preferred
