Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You'll own growth experiments, optimize marketing funnels, and leverage data to scale our business rapidly.

• Design and execute growth marketing strategies across digital channels to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
• Own the complete customer funnel from awareness to conversion, optimizing each stage for maximum efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and conversion rate optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks
• Manage marketing budgets exceeding ₹10 Cr annually with strong focus on ROI and CAC optimization
• Build and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition in B2B SaaS or fintech companies
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, MixPanel, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and martech stack
• Experience managing large marketing budgets with demonstrated ROI improvements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
