Growth Marketing Manager

The Growth Marketing Manager will architect and execute full-funnel growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. This role requires a performance-obsessed marketer who can leverage data, experimentation, and creative thinking to scale CRED's member base.

• Design and execute multi-channel growth experiments across paid media, SEO, ASO, partnerships, and referrals
• Own key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and activation funnels
• Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Implement A/B testing frameworks and rapid experimentation to identify scalable growth levers
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to optimize user journeys and onboarding flows
• Develop creative briefs and work with content teams to produce high-performing marketing assets

• 7+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition roles
• Proven expertise in scaling consumer tech products with strong portfolio of growth wins
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and analytics tools
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, MMP tools, and SQL
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
• Creative problem-solver with entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action
• Experience in fintech, consumer apps, or subscription businesses preferred
