Group Product Manager

The Group Product Manager will lead a critical product area within PhonePe's ecosystem, managing a team of product managers and driving strategic initiatives from conception to launch. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance user needs with business objectives while scaling products for millions of users.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product vertical
• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 product managers, fostering a culture of excellence
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, user research, development to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful products
• Define and track key product metrics, run experiments, and optimize for growth
• Partner with business stakeholders to align product strategy with company objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years leading product teams
• Strong track record of building and scaling consumer-facing digital products
• Deep understanding of product analytics, user experience, and growth metrics
• Experience in fintech, payments, or consumer internet space highly preferred
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
