Group Product Manager

The Group Product Manager will lead product strategy and execution for PhonePe's wealth management vertical. This role involves owning the product roadmap, driving user growth, and building innovative investment products for millions of Indians. You will lead a team of product managers and work with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful products.

• Define and execute product strategy for wealth management products including mutual funds, stocks, and gold
• Lead a team of 3-4 product managers and drive product development from ideation to launch
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and identify opportunities to enhance product experience
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver features
• Set and track product KPIs including user acquisition, engagement, and revenue metrics
• Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence

• 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and product-led growth
