We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our petrochemicals division. This role involves managing month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. You will oversee a team of finance professionals and work closely with business heads to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards for senior management
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the division
• Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, Companies Act, and internal financial policies
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for smooth audit execution and resolution of findings
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls in finance operations

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic credentials
• Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis
• Deep expertise in Ind-AS, revenue recognition, consolidation, and statutory compliance
• Experience working in large manufacturing, petrochemical, or industrial organizations preferred
• Proficiency in SAP FICO, advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring finance teams
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders
