About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, statutory audits, and compliance for multiple client engagements. This role involves managing audit teams, ensuring quality deliverables, and providing strategic financial insights to clients across diverse sectors.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end audit engagements including planning, execution, and reporting for large corporate clients
- Manage a team of Chartered Accountants and Associates to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services
- Review financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and regulatory requirements
- Identify business risks and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial processes and controls
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with CFOs, finance heads, and senior management
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development and technical training
What Deloitte India Is Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9-12 years of post-qualification experience in audit and assurance
- Strong expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, and statutory audit requirements
- Experience in managing large audit teams and handling complex, multi-location client engagements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify financial irregularities
- Strong client-facing skills and experience in delivering presentations to senior management
- Proficiency in audit tools, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel
- Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, financial services, or technology is preferred
