Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead operations for our South India fulfillment network. This role involves managing inventory planning, demand forecasting, vendor coordination, and process optimization across multiple fulfillment centers. You will drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory planning, procurement, and fulfillment for assigned region
• Develop demand forecasting models and inventory optimization strategies to balance stock availability and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer experience
• Monitor key performance indicators including order accuracy, delivery times, inventory turnover, and warehouse utilization
• Lead cross-functional projects involving operations, finance, technology, and customer service teams

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and data analysis tools
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and driving measurable improvements in KPIs
• Proficiency with supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel or SQL
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
