Curriculum Designer - K-12 Mathematics

The Curriculum Designer will create engaging, pedagogically sound mathematics content for grades 6-12, aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and state board curricula. This role combines subject matter expertise with instructional design excellence to build learning experiences that inspire millions of students.

• Design comprehensive curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and assessment strategies for mathematics across middle and high school grades
• Create engaging video scripts, interactive exercises, practice worksheets, and assessment items aligned with learning objectives
• Collaborate with content creators, animators, and technology teams to bring curriculum to life through multimedia formats
• Ensure content accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and alignment with national and state board examination patterns
• Conduct research on learning science, cognitive development, and best practices in mathematics education
• Review and quality-check content developed by junior curriculum designers and freelance contributors

• 6-9 years of experience in curriculum design, content development, or teaching mathematics at K-12 level
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field from a recognized university
• Deep subject matter expertise in mathematics concepts from grades 6-12 across multiple boards
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and assessment frameworks
• Excellent writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts in simple, engaging language
• Experience with EdTech platforms, digital content creation tools, and LMS preferred
• Portfolio demonstrating previously designed curriculum, lesson plans, or educational content
