Credit Manager - Corporate Banking

• Evaluate credit proposals for corporate clients with loan requirements ranging from ₹10 crore to ₹500 crore

• Structure debt facilities including term loans, working capital, letter of credit, and bank guarantees
• Prepare detailed credit appraisal reports and present recommendations to credit committees
• Monitor portfolio health, conduct periodic reviews, and manage early warning signals to minimize NPAs
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal credit policies, and risk management frameworks

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Economics; MBA or CA is highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in corporate credit, commercial lending, or credit risk management in banking sector
• Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, credit rating methodologies, and loan structuring
• Deep understanding of RBI guidelines, prudential norms, and banking regulations
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with ability to assess complex credit scenarios
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging with corporate clients and internal teams
• Professional certifications in credit risk management or banking is a plus
