As Cluster Head, you will oversee the business performance and operations of 25-30 retail branches across Chennai, managing a team of 300+ employees. You will drive deposit mobilization, loan growth, cross-selling initiatives, and customer acquisition while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact role requiring strong P&L management and leadership capabilities.

• Lead business strategy and execution for a cluster of 25-30 branches with responsibility for deposits, advances, and profitability
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for retail assets, liabilities, third-party products, and fee income
• Manage branch operations, customer service standards, risk management, and compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies, customer engagement programs, and competitive positioning initiatives
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning for branch managers and frontline staff
• Monitor NPA levels, audit compliance, operational risks, and implement corrective action plans

• Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 11 years of experience in retail banking with at least 5 years in branch management or cluster leadership roles
• Strong track record of achieving business targets and driving profitable growth in retail banking
• Deep understanding of retail banking products including home loans, personal loans, deposits, and investment products
• Proven people management capabilities with experience leading large teams across multiple locations
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices
