Project Head - Residential Development

The Project Head will oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale residential township projects valued at ₹500+ crores in the Chennai market. This leadership role involves managing all aspects of project delivery from planning and approvals to construction completion and customer handover. You'll lead cross-functional teams ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction are achieved.

• Manage complete project lifecycle for 2-3 residential projects with combined saleable area of 2+ million sq.ft.
• Oversee project planning, design coordination, statutory approvals, and contractor management
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Lead teams of site engineers, architects, procurement specialists, and quality control personnel
• Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely possession delivery
• Implement project management best practices, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives

• 12+ years of experience in real estate project management with at least 5 years managing large residential developments
• Proven track record delivering projects of minimum 1 million sq.ft. with high customer satisfaction ratings
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, structural systems, and building services
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's in Construction Management or MBA preferred
• Deep understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and approval processes
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
