Category Manager - Fashion

We are hiring a Category Manager for our Women's Western Wear vertical to drive assortment planning, brand partnerships, and revenue growth. This role demands a blend of merchandising expertise, analytical rigor, and strong vendor management capabilities.

• Own P&L and drive revenue, margin, and GMV targets for Women's Western Wear category
• Develop category strategy, assortment planning, and seasonal buying plans
• Onboard and manage relationships with national and international fashion brands
• Analyze sales trends, inventory health, and customer preferences to optimize product mix
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams for campaign execution
• Drive pricing strategies, promotional planning, and markdown management

• 7+ years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising in fashion e-commerce or retail
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape
• Proven track record of managing high-GMV categories and achieving business targets
• Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics tools for data-driven decision making
• MBA or equivalent from a premier institution preferred
• Passion for fashion and deep customer empathy
