The Academic Head will lead the design, development, and delivery of academic programs in the Technology vertical, ensuring curriculum excellence and learner outcomes. This leadership role requires deep domain expertise combined with the ability to build and scale academic operations in a fast-paced edtech environment.

• Lead academic strategy and program design for Technology vertical including Data Science, Software Development, and Cloud Computing programs
• Oversee curriculum development, content creation, and continuous improvement based on industry trends and learner feedback
• Build and manage relationships with university partners, industry experts, and advisory board members
• Manage a team of 15-20 curriculum designers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers
• Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, and placement outcomes to drive program success
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and student success teams to ensure program positioning and delivery excellence

• 10-15 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum design, or education program management
• Strong background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology education with advanced degree (M.Tech/PhD preferred)
• Experience in designing and launching online or blended learning programs at scale
• Deep understanding of learning design principles, instructional methodologies, and assessment frameworks
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing academic teams in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with university and industry partnerships experience
• Familiarity with edtech platforms, LMS systems, and digital content development tools
