The Zonal Head will manage retail sales operations across North zone, driving footfalls, conversions, and profitability through effective store management and team leadership. This role requires a retail veteran who understands consumer behavior and omnichannel retail dynamics.

• Oversee retail operations for 80+ Woodland exclusive stores and MBO presence across North India zone
• Drive zone-level revenue targets of ₹200+ crores with focus on same-store sales growth and profitability
• Implement visual merchandising standards, promotional campaigns, and customer experience initiatives
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and retail teams to achieve operational excellence
• Monitor inventory management, stock rotation, and markdown strategies to optimize working capital
• Analyze retail metrics, customer insights, and market trends to inform business decisions

• MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in Retail Management or Marketing
• Minimum 11 years of experience in retail sales with at least 4 years in zonal leadership role
• Strong background in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle retail segment preferred
• Proven expertise in store P&L management, retail operations, and team building
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail KPIs, and omnichannel retail strategies
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone for store visits and audits
