We are looking for a dynamic Zonal Head to oversee retail operations across the Western Zone, driving sales excellence and market expansion. This strategic leadership role requires a retail veteran who can manage P&L, lead diverse teams, and execute growth strategies across multiple product categories. The Zonal Head will be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue targets while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee end-to-end retail operations for 80+ exclusive brand outlets across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion across watches, jewelry, and eyewear divisions
• Develop and execute zone-specific business strategies, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ Area Sales Managers and 200+ store personnel
• Monitor sales performance, inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and customer experience metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to optimize assortment planning and demand forecasting

• 12-16 years of progressive experience in retail sales, with at least 5 years in multi-location leadership roles
• Strong track record in managing large-scale retail operations for premium consumer brands (lifestyle, jewelry, watches, or fashion)
• Proven expertise in P&L management, business planning, and achieving aggressive revenue targets
• Excellent people management skills with experience leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in retail analytics, CRM systems, and sales forecasting tools
• MBA from a reputed institution with specialization in Sales & Marketing preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone (40-50% travel expected)
