About the Role
The Zonal Head will lead retail operations across the South Zone, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand excellence across 200+ stores. This pivotal leadership role requires strategic vision combined with hands-on execution capabilities to achieve ambitious business targets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee P&L management for the entire zone with revenue targets exceeding ₹500 crores annually
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ Area Sales Managers and 200+ store managers across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh
- Design and execute zone-specific sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
- Drive store expansion activities including site selection, store launches, and format optimization
- Ensure consistent brand standards, visual merchandising excellence, and customer service protocols across all touchpoints
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and market share gains
What Titan Company Limited Is Looking For
- 10-14 years of experience in retail sales with at least 5 years in zonal or regional leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing large store networks and achieving revenue targets of ₹300+ crores
- Strong expertise in P&L management, inventory optimization, and retail operations excellence
- Experience in lifestyle, jewelry, fashion, or premium retail segments preferred
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire large teams
- MBA from a recognized institution with specialization in Sales & Marketing
- Willingness to travel extensively across the zone (50-60% travel expected)
