Zonal Head

The Zonal Head will be responsible for driving sales performance across North Zone covering multiple states, managing a large distributor network, and achieving aggressive revenue targets. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, deep understanding of retail dynamics, and ability to build high-performing sales teams.

• Lead sales operations across North Zone covering Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and UP
• Achieve annual revenue targets of ₹200+ crores through effective distribution and channel management
• Manage and develop a network of 100+ distributors and 5000+ retail touchpoints
• Drive market expansion strategies including new distributor appointments and territory development
• Monitor secondary sales, inventory levels, and scheme effectiveness across the zone
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Officers

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in FMCG, footwear, or retail sales with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large geographical territories and achieving revenue targets
• Strong understanding of distribution management, retail dynamics, and channel strategies
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to influence distributors and retailers
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone (60-70% travel required)
