The Wealth Manager will manage a portfolio of 40-50 HNI clients with investible surplus exceeding ₹5 crores each, providing holistic wealth management solutions. This role involves understanding client financial goals, creating personalized investment strategies, and delivering consistent portfolio performance. You will work closely with product teams, research analysts, and operations to offer best-in-class wealth management services and deepen client relationships.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI clients with combined AUM responsibility of ₹200+ crores
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning including asset allocation, risk profiling, and goal-based investing
• Provide advisory on equity, fixed income, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, structured products, and insurance solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance, conduct periodic reviews, and rebalance as per market conditions and client objectives
• Acquire new HNI clients through referrals, networking events, and relationship-building initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies for all investment recommendations

• 8-12 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory roles
• NISM certifications (Series V-A, VIII, X-A, X-B) mandatory; CFP/CFA is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of equity markets, debt instruments, mutual funds, and alternative investments
• Proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI client relationships with AUM of ₹100+ crores
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust with affluent clients
• Strong network within Mumbai's business and professional community is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, or business; MBA/CA/CFA is preferred
