Trade Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to drive channel strategies and in-store excellence for our Home Care portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate brand plans into impactful trade activation programs.

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for modern trade and general trade channels
• Design and implement in-store activation programs, promotions, and visibility initiatives
• Partner with sales teams to drive category growth, distribution expansion, and market share gains
• Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on promotional spends
• Analyze point-of-sale data, shopper insights, and competitive activities to refine strategies
• Collaborate with brand teams to align trade programs with above-the-line campaigns

• 8+ years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or sales in FMCG companies
• Strong understanding of modern trade and general trade dynamics in India
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful trade promotion campaigns
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Nielsen, Kantar, or similar syndicated data
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• MBA from a premier B-school preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across markets
