Trade Marketing Manager

As Trade Marketing Manager, you will design and execute trade marketing strategies for HUL's premium personal care portfolio across modern trade and general trade channels. You will drive visibility, in-store activation, and distributor engagement programs to maximize market share and brand presence. • Develop and implement integrated trade marketing plans for assigned brands across MT and GT channels
• Design and execute point-of-sale materials, in-store activations, and visibility programs to drive brand presence
• Collaborate with sales teams to align trade promotions, schemes, and incentive programs with business objectives
• Manage trade marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize spend allocation across channels and regions
• Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and retail audits to gather insights and refine trade strategies
• Partner with brand teams, agencies, and distributors to ensure seamless execution of trade initiatives

• MBA in Marketing from a reputed business school or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or channel management in FMCG sector
• Strong understanding of Indian retail landscape including modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns and activations
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with sales teams, distributors, and agencies
• Creative mindset with hands-on approach and willingness to travel extensively for market visits
