The Senior Wealth Manager will manage relationships with HNI clients, providing holistic wealth management solutions including portfolio management, estate planning, and investment advisory. • Manage a portfolio of 60-80 HNI/UHNI clients with assets under management exceeding ₹150 crores
• Provide comprehensive wealth management advice including asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management
• Drive business growth through acquisition of new HNI clients and wallet share expansion in existing relationships
• Develop customized financial plans addressing investment, tax optimization, estate planning, and succession needs
• Coordinate with product specialists across equity, fixed income, insurance, and alternative investments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while delivering exceptional client service

• MBA in Finance or CA/CFA certification with strong academic credentials
• 8+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory with proven AUM track record
• Deep knowledge of investment products including equities, mutual funds, bonds, PMS, AIFs, and insurance
• Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to acquire and retain HNI clients
• Excellent financial analysis, portfolio management, and advisory capabilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with client-centric approach
• NISM certifications (Series V-A, X-A, X-B) mandatory or willingness to obtain immediately
