Senior Solutions Architect - Manufacturing Digitalization

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead digitalization initiatives for manufacturing clients, designing and implementing Industry 4.0 solutions including IoT, MES, digital twin, and smart factory technologies. This role combines deep manufacturing domain knowledge with cutting-edge digital technologies.

• Design end-to-end Industry 4.0 solutions including IoT platforms, MES, digital twins, and predictive maintenance systems
• Lead technical consulting engagements for manufacturing clients across automotive, pharma, and process industries
• Architect industrial IoT solutions integrating OT/IT systems, edge computing, and cloud platforms
• Drive proof-of-concepts and pilots for emerging technologies like AI-powered quality control and autonomous systems
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals and present solutions to C-level executives
• Mentor technical teams and establish best practices for manufacturing digitalization projects

• 9+ years in manufacturing technology, industrial automation, or digitalization roles
• Strong expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, MES, SCADA, digital twin, predictive analytics)
• Experience with industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT), edge computing, and cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes across discrete and process industries
• Knowledge of industrial standards and compliance requirements (ISA-95, IEC 62443)
• Excellent client-facing skills with experience in pre-sales and solution consulting
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Computer Science)
