Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our customer engagement and retention platform. This role will drive product strategy for personalisation, recommendation engines, and loyalty programs that impact millions of daily users. You'll work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to build world-class consumer experiences.

• Define and execute product roadmap for customer engagement and retention initiatives across the platform
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver high-impact features
• Analyse user behaviour, conduct A/B experiments, and leverage data insights to drive product decisions
• Own key product metrics including user retention, engagement frequency, and lifetime value
• Collaborate with data science teams to build and refine recommendation and personalisation algorithms
• Present product strategy and performance updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce platforms
• Strong track record of launching and scaling products that have achieved significant user growth
• Deep understanding of product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision making
• Experience working with machine learning and recommendation systems is highly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
