Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will own product strategy and execution for key payment and financial services features serving millions of daily active users. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to build scalable, user-centric products. This role requires strong product intuition, technical depth, and ability to drive impact at scale.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product verticals aligned with business goals
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver product launches
• Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and derive insights to inform product decisions
• Prioritize features based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility
• Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and iterative improvements to optimize key product metrics
• Monitor product performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven enhancements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience in consumer internet or fintech products
• Proven track record of building and scaling products with millions of users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
• Excellent understanding of UPI, payments ecosystem, and financial services regulations
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Technical depth to work effectively with engineering teams on complex product challenges
