Senior Product Manager - Pharma

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive the lifecycle management of our cardiology and diabetology product portfolio. This role involves developing product strategies, managing brand positioning, and driving market share growth in highly competitive therapeutic segments.

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for assigned cardiology and diabetology brands
• Manage product lifecycle from launch to maturity, including forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales teams to design effective field force strategies and detailing materials
• Plan and execute doctor engagement programs, CME activities, and scientific conferences
• Monitor product performance metrics, market share trends, and ROI on marketing investments

• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management with at least 3 years in cardiology/diabetology
• B.Pharm/M.Pharm degree; MBA in Marketing is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Indian pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulatory environment
• Proven track record of successful product launches and brand building
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in sales data analysis and forecasting
• Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, medical, and regulatory teams
• Willingness to travel extensively across territories for market visits and medical events
