Senior Product Manager - Fintech

PhonePe is India's leading digital payments platform with over 450 million registered users and a presence in 99% of postal codes. Part of the Walmart family, PhonePe is building India's most comprehensive financial services ecosystem, including payments, lending, insurance, and wealth management.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our lending products, driving user growth, engagement, and revenue. This role requires strong product sense, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Own product strategy and roadmap for lending products including personal loans, BNPL, and credit lines
• Drive product discovery through user research, market analysis, and data-driven insights
• Define and track key product metrics including activation, conversion, NPA, and revenue
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver high-impact features
• Work with lending partners, credit bureaus, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance
• Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives to improve user experience and business outcomes

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending, or consumer products
• Strong understanding of lending products, credit underwriting, and risk management
• Proven track record of building and scaling products with millions of users
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and experimentation frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred
• User-centric approach with obsession for solving customer problems
