About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ML Engineer to build and deploy advanced Natural Language Processing models for our intelligent business applications. This role involves working on conversational AI, text analytics, and language understanding to enhance product capabilities across the Zoho suite.

What You Will Be Doing

Design, develop, and deploy NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and intent detection
Build conversational AI solutions including chatbots and virtual assistants for customer support and business automation
Implement state-of-the-art transformer models (BERT, GPT, T5) and fine-tune them for domain-specific applications
Optimize ML pipelines for scalability, performance, and low-latency inference in production environments
Collaborate with product teams to identify ML use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong ML engineering culture

What Zoho Corporation Is Looking For

6-9 years of experience in machine learning with strong focus on NLP and language models
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field from premier institutions
Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in NLP libraries (HuggingFace, SpaCy, NLTK)
Hands-on experience with transformer architectures, LLMs, and prompt engineering
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and ML deployment tools
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of MLOps practices, model versioning, and monitoring
