Senior Manager - Digital Health Products

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and scaling of our digital health products including telemedicine platforms, patient engagement apps, and AI-powered diagnostic tools. You will drive product strategy and work closely with clinicians, technologists, and operations teams.

• Define product vision and roadmap for Apollo's digital health ecosystem serving millions of patients
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, clinical, and operations to launch healthcare products
• Conduct user research with patients and healthcare providers to identify pain points and opportunities
• Ensure regulatory compliance with healthcare standards including HIPAA, ABDM, and data privacy regulations
• Drive adoption and engagement metrics for telemedicine, digital prescriptions, and remote monitoring solutions
• Partner with hospital leadership to integrate digital products with clinical workflows and operations

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in healthtech or healthcare IT
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and patient journey mapping
• Experience launching and scaling digital health products such as telemedicine, EHR/EMR, or health apps
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and medical device compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in product metrics and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to work with clinical staff, administrators, and technical teams
• BTech/MBA or healthcare administration degree from premier institutions; clinical background is a plus
