• Manage and grow a portfolio of 25-30 corporate clients with annual turnover exceeding ₹100 crore
• Structure and deliver customized credit solutions including working capital, term loans, and trade finance products
• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis, risk assessment, and prepare detailed credit proposals for approval
• Achieve quarterly business targets for disbursements, cross-selling, and fee income generation
• Monitor account performance, financial health of clients, and ensure timely identification of early warning signals
• Collaborate with product teams, treasury, and risk departments to deliver integrated banking solutions

• 8-12 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or credit underwriting
• MBA in Finance or CA/ICWA with strong understanding of financial statement analysis
• Proven track record of managing corporate portfolios exceeding ₹200 crore
• Deep knowledge of credit products, structuring, documentation, and regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines)
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business development orientation with demonstrated ability to acquire new relationships
• Proficiency in credit appraisal software and banking platforms
