The Relationship Manager Corporate will manage a high-value portfolio of corporate clients, driving business growth through customized lending solutions and cross-selling of banking products. This role involves building deep client relationships and achieving ambitious revenue targets in the competitive Mumbai corporate banking market.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients with annual turnover between ₹50 Cr to ₹500 Cr
• Drive credit proposals for working capital, term loans, and structured finance solutions
• Achieve revenue targets through cross-selling of trade finance, cash management, and treasury products
• Conduct financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and due diligence on corporate borrowers
• Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with client organizations
• Ensure portfolio quality, compliance with lending norms, and timely recovery of dues

• MBA in Finance or CA/ICWA qualification preferred
• 7+ years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or credit underwriting
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and banking products
• Proven track record of achieving business targets in corporate lending
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and credit policies
• Existing corporate network in Mumbai will be a significant advantage
