We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of corporate clients and drive business growth in the Mumbai region. You will be responsible for end-to-end relationship management, credit facilitation, and cross-selling banking products. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and deep understanding of corporate banking products.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients with annual revenues exceeding ₹500 crore
• Drive business acquisition through identifying new corporate banking opportunities in assigned territory
• Structure customized financial solutions including working capital, term loans, and trade finance
• Conduct financial analysis and credit evaluation of corporate clients for lending decisions
• Collaborate with product teams to cross-sell treasury, cash management, and investment products
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal credit policies while maintaining asset quality

• MBA in Finance or CA/ICWA with 9+ years of experience in corporate banking
• Proven track record of managing corporate relationships and achieving business targets
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit assessment, and risk management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with C-suite executives
• Deep knowledge of corporate lending products, trade finance, and cash management solutions
• Established network with corporate clients in Mumbai and surrounding regions
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong sales orientation
