Relationship Manager Corporate

The Relationship Manager Corporate will manage a portfolio of mid to large corporate clients with annual turnover between ₹100-500 crores, driving credit growth, cross-sell, and deepening banking relationships. This role combines credit assessment, business development, and relationship management to achieve portfolio targets.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 20-25 corporate clients with aggregate exposure of ₹200+ crores
• Source new corporate lending opportunities including working capital, term loans, and trade finance
• Conduct detailed credit analysis, prepare credit proposals, and present to credit committees
• Drive cross-sell of bank products including cash management, forex, derivatives, and investment banking solutions
• Monitor account performance, conduct periodic reviews, and ensure portfolio quality
• Build strong C-suite relationships and act as trusted banking advisor to clients

• MBA/PGDM in Finance or CA with strong academic credentials
• 6-9 years of experience in corporate banking, credit, or relationship management in banking/NBFC sector
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and banking products
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and building client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and corporate credit policies
• Existing corporate network in Mumbai region will be an added advantage
