Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across West Bengal and Eastern region, driving distribution excellence and market share growth. This role involves managing distributor networks, executing go-to-market strategies, and delivering revenue targets.

• Lead regional sales strategy and drive volume, value, and market share growth across assigned territories
• Manage distributor relationships, evaluate performance, and ensure distribution reach in urban and rural markets
• Execute promotional campaigns, new product launches, and visibility programs at retail level
• Monitor secondary sales, inventory levels, and scheme effectiveness across the distribution network
• Lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and trade marketing teams for seamless execution

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA from premier institute preferred
• Minimum 11 years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 5 years in regional management roles
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving distribution expansion
• Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and emerging channels (e-commerce, quick commerce)
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large field sales teams
• Deep market knowledge of Eastern region with understanding of local dynamics
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
