We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive B2B enterprise sales across South India, focusing on digital transformation and cloud solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can build and nurture C-level relationships while delivering revenue targets consistently.

• Lead enterprise sales strategy for South India region with annual targets of ₹100+ crores
• Build and manage relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across Fortune 500 and large enterprises
• Develop account plans for strategic clients and identify new business opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams including pre-sales, delivery, and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Drive digital transformation conversations around cloud, AI/ML, and cybersecurity solutions
• Mentor and guide a team of 6-8 account managers to achieve individual and team goals

• 8-12 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in IT services or consulting
• Proven track record of managing accounts with deal sizes of ₹10 crores and above
• Strong understanding of digital technologies including cloud, analytics, and automation
• Experience in solution selling and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• MBA from a premier institution preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region (40-50%)
