About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Head to lead sales operations across North India, managing a large team of area sales managers and driving revenue growth. This leadership role demands strategic planning, distributor management, and market expansion expertise.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead sales strategy and execution for North India region covering multiple states with revenue targets exceeding ₹400 crores
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ Area Sales Managers and 100+ field sales executives
- Develop and strengthen distributor network, ensuring optimal coverage and market penetration
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth through effective trade schemes, visibility programs, and promotional activities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform sales strategy
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
What Parle Products Is Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 5 years in regional leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets
- Deep understanding of general trade, modern trade, and distribution management in FMCG
- Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire and drive performance
- Excellent business acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
- MBA from reputed institution preferred; willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Experience with leading FMCG brands in foods or beverages category is highly desirable
