Regional Sales Head - North India

We are looking for an accomplished Regional Sales Head to drive sales and distribution excellence across North India. This leadership role involves managing multi-state operations, leading large sales teams, and achieving aggressive growth targets in a highly competitive market.

• Lead sales operations across North India covering Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, and Uttarakhand
• Achieve regional revenue targets of ₹800+ crores through effective sales planning and execution
• Manage and develop a team of 200+ sales personnel including ASMs, TSOs, and field sales officers
• Strengthen distribution networks, enhance numeric and weighted distribution across modern and general trade
• Design and implement trade schemes, distributor incentive programs, and visibility campaigns
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and develop counter-strategies to maintain market leadership

• 12+ years of sales experience in FMCG with at least 5 years in regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large territories and delivering consistent revenue growth
• Deep understanding of FMCG distribution channels including GT, MT, and institutional sales
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and P&L management
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities with experience handling large teams
• MBA in Sales & Marketing from reputed institution preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
