Regional Sales Head - Modern Trade

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Head to drive modern trade business across South India, managing key accounts like Reliance Retail, DMart, and other organized retail chains. This role requires strategic account management, category growth, and P&L ownership for a high-value channel.

• Manage modern trade business for South India with annual turnover of ₹250+ crore
• Drive business growth across key accounts including Reliance, DMart, and regional chains
• Develop joint business plans, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure profitability
• Lead a team of 15+ account managers and territory sales officers
• Execute category strategies, promotions, and visibility programs in-store
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and inventory metrics to optimize supply chain efficiency

• 11-16 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 5 years in modern trade
• Strong background in key account management with organized retail chains
• Proven track record of revenue growth and P&L management
• Deep understanding of category management, merchandising, and trade marketing
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• MBA from premier institute required
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India
