Regional Sales Head - Distribution

We are looking for a Regional Sales Head to lead sales and distribution operations across East India covering West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, and Jharkhand. This leadership position requires deep FMCG expertise, channel management skills, and the ability to drive volume growth in competitive markets.

• Lead regional sales and distribution strategy for East zone with annual revenue target of ₹400+ crores
• Manage a distribution network of 150+ distributors and 100,000+ retail outlets across 4 states
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth through effective trade schemes, visibility programs, and market activation
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team of 80+ area sales managers and territory officers
• Ensure market share expansion through new product launches, distribution expansion, and competitive strategies
• Monitor sales metrics, market trends, and competition activities to optimize regional performance

• 11+ years of FMCG sales experience with at least 5 years in regional leadership roles
• Strong expertise in sales and distribution management, trade marketing, and channel development
• Proven track record of achieving volume and value growth in competitive FMCG categories
• MBA from reputed institution; graduation in any discipline mandatory
• Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities with ability to drive field teams
• Deep understanding of rural and urban distribution dynamics in East India markets
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and strategic thinking ability
