• Manage retail operations across 25+ stores in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala
• Drive regional revenue targets of ₹300+ crores and ensure profitability
• Lead store managers to deliver exceptional customer experience and operational excellence
• Oversee visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation standards
• Implement best practices in retail operations, loss prevention, and staff productivity
• Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and marketing teams on regional strategies

• 10-14 years of experience in retail operations with fashion/lifestyle brands
• At least 4 years in regional management roles overseeing multiple stores
• Strong understanding of retail P&L, inventory management, and store operations
• Experience in managing large teams and driving performance culture
• Excellent visual merchandising sense and understanding of customer behavior
• Graduate degree; MBA in Retail Management preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail management systems
