Regional Retail Manager - West Zone

The Regional Retail Manager will oversee operations, sales performance, and customer experience across 12-15 stores in the West Zone covering Maharashtra and Gujarat. This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving revenue targets, managing store teams, and ensuring brand standards. You will report directly to the National Retail Head and work closely with merchandising, HR, and marketing functions.

• Manage P&L and drive revenue growth across all stores in the West Zone, achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Lead, develop, and motivate store managers and retail teams across the region to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with company policies
• Analyze sales data, customer footfall, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence
• Collaborate with merchandising team on assortment planning, stock allocation, and seasonal campaign execution

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• 9+ years of progressive retail experience with minimum 4 years in multi-store regional management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability in fashion retail or lifestyle categories
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (100+ employees) across multiple locations
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in retail analytics and MS Office suite
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region (60-70% travel expected)
