The Regional Retail Manager will be responsible for driving retail excellence across 40+ stores in the Western region, ensuring superior customer experience and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency while building high-performing retail teams.

• Oversee P&L management for 40+ retail stores across the Western region with revenue targets exceeding ₹200 crores annually
• Drive store performance metrics including sales conversion, footfall optimization, and customer satisfaction scores
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of 300+ retail staff across multiple store formats
• Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing and category teams to execute regional promotional campaigns and product launches
• Conduct regular store audits, compliance checks, and implement best practices for inventory management

• 8-12 years of experience in retail operations with at least 3 years in multi-store regional management
• Proven track record of managing retail P&L with revenues exceeding ₹100 crores
• Strong expertise in luxury or premium retail segments (jewellery, watches, fashion)
• MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 business school preferred
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams of 200+ employees
• Deep understanding of Indian retail market dynamics and consumer behavior
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 60% travel)
